Gorgeous genuine aquamarine gemstone briolettes have been wire wrapped in sterling silver, suspended from small wire wrapped aquamarine gemstones, and sway from handmade sterling silver hook style ear wires.
The sterling silver was oxidized (aged/antiqued) to a deep charcoal finish, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the silver highlights. This gives an organic finish with depth.

These aquamarine are a variety known as "moss aquamarine", with natural inclusions of iron within them, giving them a moss-like appearance. The color of these genuine moss aquamarine are a pale seafoam green with hints of aqua blue. The briolettes are cut in a "pear" briolette shape, and faceted for light reflection and eye-catching sparkle. The small aquamarine rondelles are smooth and polished.

Aquamarine is the birthstone for the month of March.
