A single, dainty genuine peridot gemstone has been wire wrapped in sterling silver and is attached to a sterling silver chain via wire wrapped faceted peridot beads. The chain is finished at the ends with two additional faceted sterling silver beads and a sterling silver spring-ring clasp.

The sterling silver was oxidized (antiqued) to a deep charcoal finish, then hand brushed and polished to bring out the silver highlights. This gives an organic finish with depth.

The color of the genuine peridot is a bright & refreshing olivine green color. The gem is cut in a "heart" briolette shape, and faceted for light reflection and eye-catching sparkle.

Peridot is the birthstone for the month of August.
